I just did your online check-in service. Got to the store Front check-in said I had 20 minutes to wait. Set their waited for the time the countdown when it reached 14 minutes in walks to customers. then my time goes to 37 minutes. As a customer my time is valuable also your system obviously isn't being adhered to at this location.

I wouldn't have even giving a 1 star rating; however, the site made me select one. My husband went in on his lunch break from work today to get a hair cut. He came in and signed in and was told there was a 25 minute wait...ok cool so he waited. After some time passed he looked at the board where his name was and it was gone. When he informed one of the stylist about this they told him that he was going to have to sign in and wait again. He explained to her that he had already been waiting 30 minutes and she just simply said sorry and walked away and so did he. This was very unexceptionable customer service and a huge waste of his time.
